Edward Bajko has been the Chairman of the Board of Spółdzielcza Mleczarnia Spomlek since 2008. Extensive knowledge, many years of industry experience, and courage in making business decisions have helped him make Spomlek one of the largest and strongest players on the Polish dairy market specializing in yellow cheeses. He is a laureate of numerous industry awards. In 2018, he was awarded a special prize in the international prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition. For his activities he also received the Award of the President of the National Association of Dairy Cooperatives " Meritorious for dairy cooperatives".
