TOP – Start-up of Eastern Poland

The most innovative start-ups in the five provinces of Eastern Poland will have an opportunity to present their ideas to guests of the Eastern Economic Congress in Białystok (EEC). 

Until 25 August 2019 the founders of start-ups can file applications to participate in the competition “TOP Start-up of Eastern Poland 2019” and try to get a pass to the world of big business.

The objective of “TOP Start-up of Eastern Poland” is to support projects and services that change the world on a global scale, as well as smaller innovative ones that satisfy the needs of local markets.  Ten selected start-ups will be included in the programme and they will obtain support to develop their businesses.  The final projects will be assessed both in terms of their innovation and business potential.  Start-ups that operate in the following provinces may enter the competition: Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podkarpackie, Lubelskie, and Świętokrzyskie. Participation in the event is free of charge.

Send us your idea by filling in the form. The top ten best ideas will be selected by an expert jury and invited to the 6th Eastern Economic Congress (25-26 September 2019). Participation in the competition may generate a number of benefits for the start-ups, for instance: improved popularity of their projects, receipt of valuable feedback, presence in the media, and an opportunity to establish valuable business relations.  Presentation of ideas at the Congress forum will offer an opportunity to become recognised on the market and to attract capital to commercialise their projects.  During the programme, the participants will get access to technical expertise and will be able to draw on mentoring provided by experts and investors.

They will be able to put up their stands in the building of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic—European Art Centre in Białystok and participate in panel debates attended by experts, entrepreneurs and successful start-ups.  A specially arranged networking zone will be the meeting point for investors and potential partners.

During the 6th Eastern Economic Congress the best out of the best will be announced as winners of the TOP Start-up of Eastern Poland competition.
