Katarzyna Rutkowska

Deputy President of the Management Board, AC SA

Since 2007 she has been working for AC SA in Bialystok, a listed company in the automotive industry, which is the leading manufacturer of advanced STAG LPG/CNG autogas systems in Poland and an important global player (exports to over 50 countries worldwide). From August 2008 until September 2019 she was President of the Management Board, and from October 2019 she has been Vice-President of the Management Board. She has a higher education in management and finance. She was responsible for the listing of AC SA on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2011.

Prior to joining AC, she worked mainly in the financial sector, e.g. as Financial Director at BOS SA in Bialystok, Accounting Director at Emperia Holding SA in Lublin, and as a researcher - academic teacher at the Eastern European University of Applied Sciences in Bialystok (Financial Analysis Faculty). She was a member of the supervisory boards at Mispol SA in Suwalki (a listed company), Biazet SA in Bialystok (President of the Supervisory Board), Unihouse SA in Bielsk Podlaski and other companies. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Association of Listed Companies in Warsaw. She is a certified auditor, a member of the Council of Experts of the Mayor of the City of Bialystok and a former member of the Entrepreneurship Council of the Podlaskie Province Government. She continuously improves her knowledge by participating in many professional training courses, including the Academy of Strategic Leadership, the Personal Leadership Academy and the Management – one-year management programmes under the Harvard Business Publishing.

She has received numerous awards for her business achievements, including the title of “The Business Woman of 2022” in the category of “Stock Exchange Company” (awarded by the Individual Women Investors’ Club), “Crystal Dragon of Success” for the best managers in Poland (awarded by the “Polish Market”), “The Manager of the Year 2015” (awarded by the “Kurier Poranny”) and in the national competition “Businesswoman of the Year 2011/2012” in the category of “Corporation”.
