TOP - Employers of Eastern Poland

The 2nd Eastern Economic Congress in Białystok saw the inauguration of a new project entitled "TOP Employers of Eastern Poland", which aims to reward and promote noteworthy practices by regional companies active on the job market, entrepreneurship and human resources. The project’s interesting formula, and especially its outcomes, have encouraged us to continue the initiative.

The main objective is to identify a group of ten outstanding employers, companies from the five eastern voivodeships, which combine their impact on the economic development of the region with an important role on the job market.

Just as in previous years, we will make sure that the winners are companies with a modern management style that always bet on innovation and lead the fray in their field. Assessment criteria will also include high standards of interaction between managers, staff and the social environment. Previous winners included companies whose renown goes way beyond the eastern region and more often than not crosses the borders of Poland, such as Ursus, Zakłady Azotowe Puławy, Grupa Nowy Styl, Zakłady Magnezytowe Ropczyce, AC SA, Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Mlekovita, Odlewnia Żeliwa Fansuld, Targi Kielce, Ostróda Yacht and Zortrax.

Nominations are submitted by local governments (marshals and mayors of voivodeship towns), as well as representatives of organizations that carry out an economic policy based on attracting investors and developing entrepreneurship.

Winners will be announced during the 5th Eastern Economic Congress. The contest is organized by the PTWP Group and the editorial board of PulsHR.pl.
