Rafał Rudnicki Deputy President of the City of Białystok. He was, inter alia, a journalist of Białystok newspapers, ran his own company dealing with marketing and PR, for over 7 years he was the manager of advertising and marketing department at TVP S.A. Branch in Białystok. At the Municipal Office in Białystok, he is responsible for, inter alia, cultural affairs, sports, promotion, and social communication. He manages, among others, the following social campaigns: 1% niech zostanie w Białymstoku (let 1% remain in Białystok), Ostatni skok (Last Jump) – over 300 thousand views on YouTube, Bądź mądry – studiuj w Białymstoku (Be wise – study in Białystok), and Rok Inki (Year of Inka). For 43 years, i.e. from the day of birth, he has been perceiving Białystok as the best place to live. Graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok and Postgraduate Management Studies at the Faculty of Economics at the same university.
