Vice-President of the Management Board of KUKE since June 2014. He holds a PhD in economics and is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in Banking and Finance. Studied abroad at the National University of Singapore on a Government of Denmark grant. Majored in European law and management at the University of Aarhus in Denmark.
Many years of professional experience acquired at public and private institutions in Poland and abroad. Worked in the Polish banking sector for several years, involved in financing investment projects (structured finance and export finance); worked on analytical, then managerial positions, the last post before assuming work at KUKE being the deputy director of the export financing department at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
Piotr Stolarczyk is also a long-time research fellow and assistant professor at the Łazarski University in Warsaw, Faculty of Economics and Management, where he lectures in economy and finance. He also gives lectures within the cooperation programme with the University of Wales and Coventry University in United Kingdom.
