Deputy Director of External Relations and Promotion Department of the Podlaskie Voivodship Marshal’s Office. He is in charge of regional co-operation and Podlaskie’s involvement in European interregional institutions. His domain also includes territorial marketing and the Podlaskie regional brand. He began his work for the regional administration at the Tourism and Sport Department where he was responsible for the implementation of EU funded projects, such as construction of a ski station in Szelment near Suwałki. Chariman of the Podlaskie Regional Tourist Organisation. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University in Białystok. He is also an experienced English teacher, translator and interpreter. He completed the Postgraduate English Translation and Interpreting Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
