Katarzyna Rutkowska - President of the Board “AC” SA in Bialystok, company which is a Polish leader and also an important world's manufacturer of modern automotive LPG/CNG systems under the STAG brand for petrol and diesel engines and also high-quality electronic components and electrical harnesses, with 30 years of experience in the automotive, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011, with its own modern equipped R&D Centre. The company offer reaches more than 50 countries, incl. USA where STAG installations are installed in police cars. Katarzyna Rutkowska in 2007 was appointed to the Management Board of the Company, initially for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, and in August 2008, for the position of the President of the Management Board. Higher education in management and finance. Before joining AC she worked mainly in finance, incl. as CFO in BOS SA in Bialystok, Director for Distribution Accounting Emperia Holding SA in Lublin, as well as an academic teacher in WSFiZ in Bialystok (Department of Financial Analysis). She is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Listed Companies in Warsaw. She was a member of Supervisory Boards, incl. Mispol SA in Suwalki (listed company) and Biazet SA in Bialystok (President of the Supervisory Board). Katarzyna Rutkowska is a chartered accountant, the member of Council of Experts on Economic Affairs under the President of Bialystok City and the member of Entrepreneurship Council under the Board of Podlasie Province. She continues to raise her knowledge through participating in numerous specialist trainings, incl. Strategic Management Academy and Management – yearly management programs under the auspices of Harvard Business Publishing. With award-winning business achievements, incl. in 2014 entitled "Crystal Dragon of Success" for the best managers in Poland and in the national competition - "Businesswoman of the Year 2011/2012" for the corporation.
