Weronika Achramowicz is a legal counsel and partner at the Baker McKenzie law firm. She co-heads the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and the International Commercial and Trade practice at the Baker McKenzie Warsaw office, and she is a member of the steering committee of the European International Commercial and Trade practice for EMEA at Baker McKenzie.
Weronika represents industry and institutional investors in the field of direct investments - mergers and acquisitions and greenfield investments. She combines transactional expertise with international commercial law, focusing on enterprises operating globally in cross-border conditions. Weronika actively supports the law firm's pro bono initiatives, in particular regarding women's rights, corporate social responsibility and the international expansion of Polish companies.
