In banking sector since 1989, holding various positions from branch director to managing director of retail banking division. Currently he is a director of retail region of PKO Bank Polski in Białystok. Academic lecturer and author of various publications on finance and banking. He has extensive experience in financial advisory arising from membership in supervisory boards as well as advisory committees. Most recently he was an expert of European Union Committee of the Regions on the project of Capital Markets Union.
