Professor at the University of Bialystok, president of the Management Board of the Białystok Personnel Education Foundation, head of the Department of Fundamentals and Management Strategies at the Faculty of Economics and Management. He is the author of over 140 scientific publications concerning mainly the sector of small and medium enterprises and regional development. Author of numerous expertise related to regional development. Member of the Regional Territorial Forum of the Podlasie Voivodship. In the term 2011-2014 a member and currently an expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee supervising the quality of education at Polish universities
