Alina Sarnacka

Alina Sarnacka has 25 years of local and international consulting experience, (of which 23 years related to PPP) gained in the prime consulting companies including Booz Allen Hamilton, PwC and EY. Currently she provides advisory services as an independent expert, both in terms of transactional advisory mainly for large projects, PPP regulation and capacity building. Currently Alina works in Poland and in Egypt.
Since May 2019 Alina is the Vicepresident of the PPP Centre
She is a co-author of four books on PPP and an author of numerous press articles.
