Olaf Osica

Olaf Osica (1974) is project director for “Foreign markets” at the PTWP Group, the organizer of the European Economic Congress in Katowice, and chairman of the advisory council of the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW) - a Warsaw based research institute - where he previously served as executive director (2011-2016). In 2016 he worked a Key ENP Expert at a EU sponsored project “E-Platform for Neighbourhood” in College of Europe Natolin Campus.

Olaf Osica is a manager and consultant with over 10 years’ record of working at the junction of the public/governmental and think-tanks sectors in Poland. He holds a PhD in social and political science from European University Institute in Florence (Italy). Former visiting fellow of the US State Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France and of the GFPS-Polska.
